On XX/XX/year>, I made a purchase at XXXX. Store located here in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX was XXXX am. The amount was {$200.00}. XXXX received my online order of {$64.00} to my home. Went to the the store and returned some of the bought items. Authorization number : XXXX. Ticket XXXX. The amount of {$45.00}. XXXX items back to the store. Ticket : XXXX Ticket : XXXX The amount of {$200.00} I have put in a dispute on XX/XX/year> with XXXX from XXXX who help me. She asked if I could provide the receipts to them ( Commenity Bank ) showing that the items have been returned. Address she provided me with is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Which i mailed out. I have started receiving messages again about my bill. I did not hear back about the dispute being resolved or what the outcome was. On XX/XX/year>, I had to contact Commenity Bank and spoke with XXXX who had to redo a dispute. I have done my part by contacting Commenity Bank and provided proof of the purchase being returned. I would appreciate this issue being resolved. I do not have any of the items. I appreciate this to be clear and off my credit report.
