Fell back on mortgage due to divorce. I was granted home in divorce final. I have over 90 percent of in arrears mortgage payments to pay and can make an additional payments to catch up and Fay Servicing denied both my loss mitigation in XXXX and XXXX, but in the meantime has asked me for my financial and lease agreement from my son and still denied me. Then they said to reinstate my loan I have to pay them over XXXX XXXX dollars by XX/XX/XXXX, when in XXXX, they wanted only XXXX to reinstate mortgage. I would of just gave them the XXXX, but they were asking me for more info like the lease agreement and updated pay stubs to only deny me and now say I owe over XXXX. This type of business needs to be investigated.
