We are disputing XXXXXXXX XXXX search engine that was used on Sat, XX/XX/year>. When we chose to use a XXXX deal, it pulled up as you can see from the history that was sent to us, 3 hotels all with XXXX XXXX XXXX addresses. That was correct according to our destination that we selected. However, upon booking us to the XXXX hotel, as you can see from a copy of our statement enclosed, they booked it to a XXXX XXXX in Pennsylvania. That was not our destination and if you look at our history, around those dates, our hotels were in FL, not PA. When we called numerous times and asked to speak to a supervisor they would make some excuse that they were not available and the agents that we were talking to could not speak good English and most of the time were not understandable!
