I recieved my escrow anaylsis in XX/XX/year> that showed a shortage of approximately {$5700.00} indicating the payment amount would increase monthly by approximately {$1000.00}. After reseaching this I discovered that the real estate agent did not correctly fill out or file by primary residency status with the XXXX XXXX. I was able to update the paperwork with XXXX XXXX and they issued a refund of {$1600.00}. Which was paid to the XXXX shortage on XXXX XXXX 2025. However since all of this has started I advised the lender that I would not make another payment until this was resolved due to the increased amount they were requesting. The lender advised there would be no late fees due to this situation. I have been assessed late fees totaling {$46.00}. This situation may also be affecting my credit rating. I will be getting a copy of my credit reports and disputing any late reporting from Loancare.
