I used Klarna to finance a purchase that was part of a decoy package fraud scam. The seller shipped a USPS package to a different address in my ZIP code, not my address, to falsely generate a delivery confirmation. I never received the item I purchased. Klarna denied my dispute solely based on XXXX documentation stating delivered, without verifying the delivery address. USPS has confirmed the package was not delivered to my address, and a mail fraud report has been filed. Klarna is resuming payments for a transaction that is the result of fraud. I am requesting a full reversal of the transaction and refund, and removal of any related balance or payment obligation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I purchased an item on XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from a seller who described the item as new and never fired with tags. My dad passed away before the XXXX season opened and I have no time to XXXX this year. Thanks and good luck. I messaged the seller with my condolences over his fathers passing. No response. I also messaged about an update on tracking and shipping information. No response. I messaged a final time once I realized I had been scammed. No response. I closely watched the tracking information- it was supposed to be delivered on XX/XX/XXXX. When my son and wife arrived home, there was no package. I called and visited our local post office where I learned a package of 8 ounces was delivered to an address on the other side of town. My package was supposed to be over 6 pounds. The postal worker informed me that I was the victim of a common decoy scam. I immediately filed a dispute with XXXX and with Klarna but, as previously noted, I was denied any resolution. The postal worker printed out documentation of the falsified delivery and gave it to me.
