I am filing this final complaint against Experian Information Solutions , Inc. after more than six months of repeated disputes, reinvestigation requests, and prior CFPB complaints regarding the same inaccurate and unverifiable accounts and inquiries on my Experian credit report. Despite these repeated disputes well beyond the 30-day reinvestigation window required by FCRA 611 ( a ), Experian has never provided a single piece of written documentation proving the accuracy of the items listed below. Instead, Experian repeatedly issues generic, boilerplate responses stating that items are verified, suggests identity theft, or implies I am working with a third partynone of which addresses the actual legal requirements for verification. These responses are evasive and do not constitute a reasonable reinvestigation.
