I am filing this complaint due to materially inaccurate and outdated credit reporting by XXXX XXXX, as well as their refusal to correct known errors. XXXX XXXX is currently reporting XXXX collection XXXX XXXX XXXX ( {$660.00} ), XXXX XXXX I ( {$390.00} ), and XXXX XXXX XXXX ( {$250.00} ) that were removed from my credit report months ago and do not appear on my official Equifax credit report. I have spoken directly with Equifax customer service, and Equifax has confirmed that my credit report accurately reflects XXXX collection accounts and that these items have already been deleted. Despite this confirmation, XXXX XXXX continues to display these collections, which indicates that XXXX XXXX is reporting an outdated and inaccurate version of my credit file rather than current data from Equifax. When I contacted XXXX XXXX to correct this issue, I was informed that they can not change or update what appears on my XXXX XXXX file, even though the information they are reporting is incorrect and no longer valid.
