I am submitting this complaint regarding inaccurate reporting of two XXXX accounts on my XXXX XXXX credit report. The accounts are reported with multiple errors that do not reflect my actual payment history.I see on my report they are listed as XXXX but actually companies name was changed to XXXX. I used them under XXXX. I only learnt of XXXX when researching where this came from. Ive highlighted all the inaccurate entries when I submitted them to a XXXX rep ( included here ). Also of note ive made 12 out of 12 payments on the XXXX XXXX watch totaling over XXXX $ and fulfilled my obligation of 12 monthly payments yet when I go to their site its showing I still owe a last payment says 13 of 12? and says order number null? I assumed when i saw it last XXXX ( see email ) it was a glitch. There system shows in certain locations that ive completed my lease ( see youre now approved for XXXX after paying off your lease ). Also per the reps email and see 13 of 12 payments.. Ive made the 12 out of 12 payments I was contracted to for the XXXX lease totaling {$900.00} ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) not including the down payment! However my main issue is the inaccurate credit reporting but thought this was important to note for anyone else having payoff/site issues. My XXXX loan accurately reflects payment wise. Specific Issues : XXXX accounts show 120180 days past due on the XXXX report, which is false. 2. The accounts are showing open status and incorrect last payment dates, even though they are fully paid and closed according to the lender. Two months apart to be exact which is factually impossible. Loan term was 12 months. 3. XXXX reports random XXXX numbers or placeholders in the payment histories. 4. These errors have caused my XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX application to be denied, despite my accounts being accurate and my credit otherwise in good standing. Steps Taken to Resolve : I contacted XXXX directly via email with screenshots and supporting documentation showing the accounts are fully paid and closed and all the errors. XXXX responded on XX/XX/year> acknowledging that the accounts are paid and closed in their internal records and asked me to provide evidence and where I saw this reporting. I submitted the requested evidence on XX/XX/year> and havent heard back. I filed a XXXX complaint in XXXX which is currently under review. . I have disputed twice with XXXX themselves which came back verified despite providing evidence. I filed a CFPB dispute with XXXX, as they incorrectly verified the accounts as accurate despite the evidence provided. They to my knowledge still have not responded to my complaint.
