Consumer Narrative

Experian and TransUnion is reporting the following account XXXX / XXXX XXXX : # XXXX XXXX days late in XX/XX/XXXX. I have submitted this complaint to Experian and TransUnion in early XXXX to you but canceled it bc it was corrected. However it is now still reflected on my credit report. They continue to deny my dispute and refuse to remove it. I am not being reported by XXXX as XXXX days late. I took advantage of a program that deferred my payment ( deferral / forbearance program ) for that month I have sent documentation from Upstart to prove I am correct in multiple disputes. The keep updating my report by adding and removing modified status BUT refuse to remove the XXXX day late status despite proof I am not When asking why, they claim that XXXX is verbally verifying the 30 Day late payment and state they are in direct contact with them to verify this ( which is not true ). Their eOscar system is not direct contact and is translating a deferral code as 30 Days late ( Not accurate ). I was also told by Experian specifically they expect XXXX ( not me ) to reach out directly to them to verify the error. Isnt the consumer supposed to be disputing the inaccuracy??? Basically Ive been told via dispute responses that contact has been made directly to upstart and they are being told. Im XXXX days late. I am 100 % confident based on attached documentation that this is not true and they are using online systems to guest codes to use for reporting status. I have proof that XXXX has and has multiple times and shared In my first disputes. See email documentation. Prior to further legal pursuit I would like this addressed XXXX more time. Email verification ( attached too ) On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX, Upstart Servicing XXXX wrote : Hello XXXX, Thank you for reaching out to us, I apologize for the delay, I have reviewed all communications and investigations in progress on your behalf. What I can provide you today is confirmation that our records show that we have reported the deferral and forbearance special comment codes to Transunion and Experian XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. In addition it looks like we provided these updates information to confirm this on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX through e-OSCAR is a web-based, XXXX compliant, automated system that facilitates credit history dispute processing. I wanted to provide this insight as our team is still compiling a XXXX and XXXX compliant reply to you within the guidance period of 60 days from request. I expect a resolution prior to this period but can not override their decisions or findings. For more immediate assistance, feel free to reach out to our XXXX XXXX at ( XXXX ) XXXX. Our phone support lines are open XXXX to XXXX between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX to XXXX between XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, except on XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, with limited hours on XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX 's XXXX.
