On XX/XX/year> mobile deposits were made. These deposits were paychecks that are always deposited. A message was sent that the funds had been placed on hold due to confidential information that the funds could be returned. A representative advised that the funds would be released XX/XX/year>. The funds were not available. Another call was made and the representative advised the message received was a generic message and that a request to release funds were made. The representative reviewed and saw how long Ive been a customer and saw it was normal for these deposits to be made. On XX/XX/year> the funds were not available and another call was made. The representative advised it takes 1-2 business days to review and no one there could release the funds. My account had been reviewed by representatives and it was clear Ive never overdrafted, the timing of depsoits, etc. No assistance has been provided releasing the funds. It appears that no one can assist, they just advised I have to wait. When asked if Truist would cover any bills scheduled to be deducted because of them withholding funds, I was advised they will not cover anything. This has caused hardship with no one correcting the matter.
