I have received a notice from Hollis Cobb Associates , LLC for {$4200.00}, dated XX/XX/year>, on behalf of XXXX XXXX in XXXX, AL. The debt is obviously fraud, as it is more than my max out of pocket for the year, and I checked all of EOB ( explanation of benefits ) for the last three years, and altogether they equal less than {$1000.00} for multiple visits. After looking at their reviews on the XXXX XXXX XXXX as they are threatening people directly, the CFPB needs to look into these aggressive scammers. I have already sent my dispute via email and will send it via certified mail. I will also be retaining an attorney.
