Capital One is over charging my account with unknown fees and late payment fees, even though I've called them and informed them that I'm experiencing financial struggle due to medical bills. I called Capital One and spoke to XXXX back in XXXX I asked why they had reported late payments on my account and the agent responded that the payment was made on either XXXX or XX/XX/year>, or when the due date is the XXXX of every month. For those XXXX months XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, & XXXX & XX/XX/year>, I called the company and let them know that I had some medical bills that I needed to take care of. I was making payments but not the full amount. My account is currently still open and is in good standing. Also, the agent has removed a late payment and refunded my account for the late payment I was charged, and she was unable to do the others because the date was over XXXX days, which is not true after reading the consumer law. All XXXX credit bureaus are reporting late payments.
