On XX/XX/year> I placed an order on XXXX using XXXX. Through XXXX I used my Money Lion XXXX ending in XXXX. Immediately after placing the order, I cancelled it because I do not mean for the order to be placed. The total was {$600.00} Both XXXX AND XXXX have confirmed that the refund was issued back to my Money Lion Account however I received a refund in the amount of {$130.00} And the remaining {$470.00} is not in my account and when I ask Money Lion about the XXXX they claim they have no transactions in that amount. I have transaction numbers from both XXXX and XXXX for the refund. Money Lion refuses to give me that money back and will not take me seriously even though I have provided proof of all transactions involved. I JUST want my money. But according to them its just gone.
