I also have active CFPB disputes with XXXX XXXX XXXX involving the same or similar account data that was disputed in XX/XX/year>, deleted, and later unlawfully reinserted by those agencies. TransUnion was placed on notice of these related disputes to ensure independent verification and prevent replication of disputed data. Despite this notice, TransUnion continues to report negative information without demonstrating that it conducted a reasonable reinvestigation or maintained maximum possible accuracy. TransUnion is also reporting inconsistent personal identifying information. The alleged debts have been assigned, and continued reporting listing me as the personal obligor is inaccurate.
