To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint to report repeated and unlawful debt collection practices by Radius Global Solutions LLC. Radius Global Solutions LLC has engaged in continuous and excessive telephone calls to my place of employment, including calls made at inappropriate hours. These calls have occurred despite my employer expressly requesting that Radius Global Solutions LLC cease all contact with my workplace. As a result of these repeated calls, my employer warned me regarding the disruption caused by the collectors conduct. These actions constitute clear violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), including but not limited to : 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( a ) ( 3 ) Prohibiting a debt collector from contacting a consumer at their place of employment when the collector knows or has reason to know such communication is prohibited by the employer. 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( a ) ( 1 ) Prohibiting communication at inconvenient or prohibited times. 15 U.S.C. 1692d Prohibiting conduct intended to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. 15 U.S.C. 1692c ( b ) Prohibiting unauthorized third-party communications. Despite clear notice from my employer and the protections afforded under federal law, Radius Global Solutions LLC has continued this behavior with complete disregard for applicable statutes and consumer protections. I am formally requesting that this account be removed from all consumer reporting agencies and that all collection activity immediately cease. Should this matter remain unresolved, I am prepared to pursue legal representation and all remedies available to me under federal law. I respectfully request that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate enforcement action to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Thank you for your time and attention to this serious matter.
