I previously submitted disputes to Equifax through the CFPB on XX/XX/XXXX, and again on XX/XX/XXXX ( CFPB reference numbers available ), concerning inaccurate and negative account information. Following my XX/XX/XXXX dispute, the disputed accounts were deleted. Equifax later reinserted the same information without providing the required statutory notice or certified verification from the furnisher, in violation of 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ). Equifax failed to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation, failed to maintain maximum possible accuracy, and continued reporting despite multiple notices and opportunities to cure. Equifax is also maintaining inaccurate personal identifying information, including name variations and outdated addresses. The alleged debts have been assigned, and continued reporting listing me as the personal obligor is inaccurate. A physical dispute letter was mailed to Equifax- XXXX XXXX XXXX
