I have been using cash app for about 3 years now for my direct deposits, using it for overdraft coverage. And then out of no where it wants me to verify my identity again. I try verifying my identify and BOOM " Your identity couldn't be verified. '' And then I get on chat with support and they keep telling me to try the same thing over and over and over again and finally I decide to call. I'm on the line for about 16 minutes until they tell me they can't do anything and that I will have to use " Chat support ''. Cashapp has just blocked my direct deposit from coming in RIGHT BEFORE XXXX. They have refused to try and let me identify myself. This is also ridiculous because I can't even give my account number because they have taken my information away from me on the card page.
