XXXX XXXX has mocked me, lied, taken zero accountability, and retaliated against me for for complaining about the abuse. Up until my complaint, there were tasks to grow my account. Now they say I have to spend {$100.00} to grow again. I thought this was a totally different product with excellent customer service. They lie over and over again. They say they are there to help, that is a lie. They have done nothing but make me lose wages to argue like XXXX times without them even attempting to fix the situation. I am facing major XXXX from the way they treat me. They are non responsive. They have hurt my financial profile. The card is a scam. I can only spend {$10.00} XXXX without hurting my credit. I do not go above 20 % ever as I have learned the game they play. They are mad because they can not rip me off. And they are attacking me. They could be behind my identity theft happening currently. I do not trust these criminals. They are discriminating against me for voicing complaints about a deceptive product. The original complaint was about the deception of the product and services received. They should not be able to market this card as a help to anybody. It is a destructive product and they promote that you hurt your credit. They have no knowledge of credit reports and how they really work. They should not be allowed to run this criminal enterprise that attacks anyone who speaks up.
