I am writing to formally request escalation of my open dispute regarding a payment I sent as a partial apartment deposit that was never fulfilled. This is a significant amount of money for me and the lack of communication has been extremely distressing. I am requesting that this dispute be immediately escalated for review under XXXX protection policies, as this transaction represents an unfulfilled agreement and potential fraudulent activity.
