In early XXXX of this year I was contacted by a representative of Lake View Lending, XXXX XXXX, I let him know that we were looking to re-fire our and XXXX XXXX for a refi loan for our home and began that process and sending him documentation, the loan estimate came back and the closing cost were very high so I was doing my due diligence and sent the loan estimate to a couple of different vendors to make sure I was getting the best deal and I started asking XXXX questions and then I went to look him up and realized that he had given me a false name. His name is actually XXXX. He also started stalling and not giving me answers when I asked direct questions. So at that point, I did not feel comfortable with him any longer, and I asked that he canceled my loan and forward my information to the alternate loan company. In which that point, he said he could match their offer if not do it better and at this point, I did not trust him any longer. That was over XXXX days ago, these individuals have refused to send my new brokers the required XXXX a number so that my FHA loan can close before the end of the year so we can benefit from the transaction on my upcoming years taxes. I have called, texted, emailed and sent multiple emails. Can you please assist me. Im a XXXX adult ( with XXXX XXXX XXXX, and my husband is a senior. ( Im under doctors orders not to have any stress in my life, this has been exceedingly stressful. We need your help, Please. Im fit to be tied. Im not sure what else to do. These people that own Lake View Lending will not release my documents or the XXXX numbers so I can complete this refi. Please let me know what additional I can do.
