Im filing this complaint against Sequium Asset Solutions regarding repeated and harassing debt collection phone calls. I made a {$100.00} payment on XX/XX/2025, toward a collection account with them ( confirmed by my XXXX bank transaction and labeled SEQUIUM_LLC XXXX ). Despite this good faith effort, I received at least 10 separate calls between XX/XX/2025, from numbers listed as Sequium ( e.g., XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ) and other masked numbers. I have not signed up for a payment plan, but the volume of calls especially right after a payment feels intentionally harassing. Their reasoning that calls will continue unless I enroll in a plan feels like coercion, and Ive asked them to stop calling. I want the calls to stop, I want future communication in writing only, and I want an investigation into whether this violates the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ). I have screenshots and call logs showing the frequency. Thank you.
