On XXXX I filed a complaint # XXXX with the CFPB against Jefferson Capital Systems for filing an erroneous debt collection account and complete failure to send me any valid proof of debt, a chain of assignment, and any copies showing I am responsible for that debt in addition to other issues. On XXXX the company responded ( see attached ) and in and among other statements made by this company to both myself and the CFPB, they assured us that all reporting information would be removed and no additional collection action would be taken. On XXXX. Jefferson Capital Systems failed to notify any credit bureaus to delete said collection account, and in the alternative RE-POSTED said alleged debt to all XXXX credit bureaus ( see attached proof as to them filing again on XXXX as an attached screenshot ).
