Each dispute was sent via certified mail, providing proof of delivery. However, I never received any notice confirming that the accounts were disputed, nor any results of a reinvestigation within the timeframes required under 15 U.S.C. 1681i. The credit reporting agencys failure to acknowledge the disputes, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation, or provide written findings constitutes noncompliance with the FCRA and deprives me of my statutory consumer protections. Please refer to the attached correspondence for a detailed list of the accounts in question and copies of the previously submitted dispute letters.
