I informed them that my mother passed away on XX/XX/year> and that everything is frozen on her accounts. If they needed proof of death and if they needed to contact the attorney because of probate. They said no and that they would stop calling or notifying in any form. They lied and everyday from XXXX XXXX emails, texts, calls and postal. I told them to stop calling, texting and emails but they never stopped. I told there supervisors but no one listened.
