I attempted to log into to my Chime account via mobile app. The app informed me my account was closed and to call customer support, and I did. I was told by their protection team that my account was closed due to breach of policy, but the agent would not specify why or how. I requested to speak to someone else, to which the agent responded You will be told the same thing by the next person. I then asked for a letter stating why my account was closed, and he said that was not possible. I then asked if my account could be reopened, and he said no. I expressed my frustration and he told me there was nothing else he could do.
