XXXX XXXX is reporting XXXX charged-off credit card accounts on my credit file : The first account was opened in XX/XX/XXXX and shows a charge-off balance of {$7300.00}. The second account was opened in XX/XX/XXXX and shows a charge-off balance of {$18000.00}. Both accounts are reporting as " Derogatory '' status across the credit bureaus. I dispute the accuracy of these charge-off accounts. I have requested verification including : original signed credit card agreements, complete billing statements showing how the balances were calculated, proof of proper notification before the accounts were charged off as required by the original card agreements, accurate Date of First Delinquency ( DOFD ) documentation, and verification that reporting complies with XXXX XXXX format standards. XXXX XXXX has failed to provide this documentation. The balances may contain inaccurate information including improperly assessed fees, incorrect interest calculations, or charges that were previously disputed. Without proper verification and documentation supporting these charge-offs, the accounts should not be reported on my credit file.
