I am filing this complaint because XXXX took adverse employment action against me based on incomplete and inaccurate consumer reporting information, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). XXXX denied my employment citing issues with multiple XXXX XXXX. However, XXXX of the XXXX tests relied upon in their decision was still processing and not finalized at the time the adverse action was taken. I completed a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year>, at XXXX, per XXXX authorization. This test was not conducted through XXXX and was not reflected in the report XXXX relied upon to deny employment. I contacted First Advantage directly and was informed that the XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX XXXX was still in progress and had not been finalized. First Advantage advised me that XXXX is the XXXX responsible for providing the complete results and confirming employment decisions. Despite this, XXXX proceeded with an adverse hiring decision before all results were completed, and I was denied the opportunity to dispute or review the full and accurate report relied upon.
