I have a installment accont with Klarna and I have used them in a few instances to pay for an item over time - meaning Klarna makes the full payment upfront and they collect the full payment plus additional fees from me over time. I had an email account through godaddy that was due and I set it up through Klarna. Klarna did not submit the payment in XXXX when I initiated the process and they didn't try to send the payment until XXXX. During that time godaddy sent me several emails informing me first that my access to my email was canceled and then they sent another email to inform me that they email was going to be deleted by XX/XX/XXXX, and the final email informed me that they canceled the email due to nonpayment. I contacted Klarna through chat and informed them that they might as well not send the payment because the account was closed. Klarna sent the payment anyway and attempted to make me make a payment. Since them I have been calling and messaging Klarna back and forth telling them they need to collect the funds from godaddy since they accepted the payment knowing they canceled my account. Neither Klarna or goddady is accepting the fact that they were at fault. I have emails from godaddy and have sent them to Klarna showing my accounts were canceled. Klara will pretend to investigate or lie and say I didn't provide proof and tell me I am still responsible. I do not understand why they are not getting the money bacf from godaddy when they sent me emails stating they canceled my access and deleted my account, but still accepted the money. I pay all of my balances due to Klarna and this is my first issue with them. I don't know why they are not working with me since I am their client and have done well over my past few accounts, but i have tried to work with them and I have provided them with email screenshot proof. Now they are still trying to collect from and reporting this on my credit as non payment. That is incorrect and unfair to me.
