Starting on XX/XX/year> : XXXX. I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXX to dispute debt that was not mine, as listed by FL XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX MD. They could not validate the debt, but insisted I paid it regardless. Clearly fraud/identity fraud. Called original clinic, they confirmed I was NEVER a patient + that they do not use this collection agency. XXXX. I escalated with The Pa Office of Attorney General who began investigating this company for fraud as they received other similar complaints. XXXX. I disputed with Equifax. They could not validate fake debt, it was closed. XXXX. A year later, they have resold the fake collection account to National Recovery Agency, and am now being harassed with calls again for a debt that is not mine and that they can not prove. Which they were provided written notice of! XXXX. I also contacted the original creditor and they said I was never a client of theirs, and nor is either of these companies XXXX of their collection agencies!! I will be escalating with a law firm for harassment and damages. Wasting my time and that of many others with fraud. This is * not * an accident, they have made up a false debt to collect and harass many individuals.
