I am submitting this complaint against the credit reporting agencies regarding their failure to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) in connection with the following account : Account Name : Portfolio Recovery Associates Account Number : XXXX * * * * Balance : {$1000.00} I have submitted multiple disputes regarding this account, identifying inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and improper re-reporting. Despite these disputes, the credit bureaus failed to conduct a reasonable investigation as required under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) and continued to report the account without correcting or substantiating the disputed information. Furthermore, this account has been removed and subsequently reinserted without proper certification of accuracy or the required written notice to me, in direct violation of FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 5 ). This pattern demonstrates a failure to maintain reasonable procedures to assure maximum possible accuracy, as required under FCRA 607 ( b ).
