On XX/XX/year>, I authorized a debit card transaction in the amount of {$5700.00} with a used motor vehicle dealer operating as XXXX XXXX XXXX. I authorized the charge based on representations made by the dealer regarding the condition and functionality of the vehicle being sold. After the transaction, it became clear that the vehicle did not function as represented. This was not a matter of buyers remorse.
