I opened a business checking account with Novo through a link provided on the website XXXX. The terms of the promotion advertised on XXXX were that I would receive a {$300.00} welcome bonus upon the completion of the following items : making XXXX debit card transactions and holding a minimum deposit of {$5000.00} for 90 days. I completed these terms on XX/XX/year>, but did not receive the welcome bonus after 30 days after completion as advertised in the terms and conditions. I attempted to reach out to Novo support, but was told that I was ineligible for the bonus for " not following the referral link ''. I replied saying that I had a screen recording of the signup process which clearly showed that I did follow the referral link, but was rebuffed. Screenshots of the support conversation are attached. I can provide the screen recording of the signup process upon request if necessary, as it contains personally identifying information.
