About XXXX XXXXXXXX years ago, I had a dual bank account and credit card account with capital one. We had a disagreement about a purchase that I had them to reverse. And stemming from this I decided to close the account. After I closed the account they tacked on a XXXX dollar interest fee. And they refused to return the {$99.00} deposit that I used to open the account. Now XXXX years later, they have updated the balance to {$47.00} and it appears as a negative balance on my credit report and they still have not returned my {$99.00} deposit fee. When I try to strike this down on my credit report, XXXX refuses. I am frustrated. What can I do at this point. If anything they owe me money. They couldve took the XXXX dollars out the deposit fee, but they did not. And XXXX years later, they still have not returned the money that I am owed.
