My car loan was closed out about a year and half ago, however the finance company said I still owed them XXXX - I cont to pay debt down after a few months the total showed no decrease I called and question that and after that I could see money finally being deducted- I feel like someone was stealing from my account than they charge my car off decreasing my credit while I was still paying the debt I file bankruptcy they did illegal collection and force me to go in more debt because they illegal threatened to repo vehicle over riding bankruptcy laws. I pay debt off and they will not give me anything stating my debt is satisfied but said they would after they got the money they will not honored. I feel like Ive been ripped off XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
