b'I am submitting this complaint regarding Reliant Capital Solutions failure to comply with federal debt collection and credit reporting laws.\n\nOn XXXX, I sent Reliant Capital Solutions a written debt validation and dispute request via Certified Mail. The request required them to provide lawful verification of the alleged debt, including proof of ownership, contractual obligation, and itemized accounting.\n\nReliant Capital Solutions received this letter, as confirmed by USPS delivery records.
