Despite this, Comenity has failed to report the payoff to the credit bureaus, has locked me out of my online account, and has blocked phone access, refusing to confirm that the account is paid. I no longer have the card number because the account is closed, and Comenity is refusing to provide written confirmation, payment history, or a final statement. I am requesting : 1. Written confirmation that the account is paid in full 2. Immediate correction of credit bureau reporting 3. Access to my payment history and final statement I have proof of payment showing the transaction cleared my bank.
