On XX/XX/2025 at around XXXX PST, I called the First Savings HUE customer service phone number and requested to speak with the manager. After being transferred from account rep to supervisor to manager, I finally reached " XXXX '', the manager. I spoke to him ( " XXXX '', the manager ) that the amount charged as past due annual fee and yearly authorized user fee, needs to be properly updated to my credit report as paid on-time as agreed. XXXX, the manager, has confirmed over the phone that the account is current has a balanced of {$0.00} and is paid in full as agreed. My credit report incorrectly shows late payment for XX/XX/2025 & XX/XX/2025. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) and 1681s-2 ( b ) ), furnishers of information have a duty to : Report accurate information, and Promptly correct or delete information that is inaccurate or can not be verified. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX has actual knowledge that the reported delinquencies are inaccurate, yet has failed to correct the erroneous reporting. Continuing to furnish this incorrect information after acknowledging the error constitutes a violation of the FCRA and is causing ongoing harm to my creditworthiness.
