I was given the chance for a federal grant if I paid a certain amount, that I would receive this grant money back free. They used the picture and XXXX account of a very trusted friend. I was explained the situation to cash app. They said that they only found fraud for {$92.00} of the {$2000.00} that I sent. I had sent a complaint to the CFCB on XX/XX/XXXX. Complaint # XXXX. After this organization was in touch with cash app, I received a payment of {$150.00}. This would be a total refund of {$240.00}. I was scammed for the amount of {$2000.00}. I do not understand why I am not being returned the full amount I was scammed out of. I would like the rest of the refund amount I feel that I am owed. Thank you
