I have not taken out a loan with this agency. And I have not received any money from the XXXX XXXX XXXXThis is fraudulent activity by another party.I currently am in collections with this entity over incorrect information. I have filed a police report on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for fraud.The number associated with this department is disconnected and does not work.And I can not contact this department. These derogatory remarks are also on my wife 's credit report. The timing of this incident seems to coincide with the government shutdown and starting back up.
