The Department of education fabricated a new but false student loan using information from a previous student loan. The previous loan was was at a XXXX balance paid as agreed. The Department of education used my info with out my knowledge or permission thus reporting the false student loan as missing payments and at a wage earner payment plan. This is Financial abuse and fraud against me.
