This company began contacting me by phone and text in early XX/XX/year> regarding an account originally from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The account had previously been handled by Omnipoint Management Solutions LLC and XXXX XXXX XXXX. After I sent a cease-and-desist and intent-to-sue letter to Omnipoint, that account was closed, yet XXXX XXXX Solutions began contacting me soon after XXXX Their text messages on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/year> used coercive language such as Urgent, Time Sensitive, and Today Only, trying to pressure me into payment before any written validation of the debt. I also received a voicemail the first week of XXXX where the caller only identified as XXXX, stating the call was an attempt to collect a debt but failing to identify the full company name or provide any mailing information. No documentation proving ownership, validation, or assignment of the debt has ever been received. They may have pulled my credit report without a permissible purpose. These actions violate several sections of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), and CFPB deceptive practices rules.
