In XX/XX/year>, I entered into a merchant cash advance agreement with Giggle Finance after finding them through XXXX. I never signed a contract ; I only received a text and was told I would get a call, then the funds were deposited ( {$4300.00} after a {$340.00} origination fee was deducted from the {$4700.00} advance ). I was not able to review any contract until much later, when they finally sent me a copy. After receiving the funds, Giggle Finance began adding unexpected internal fees and a large default fee, increasing my balance from {$3700.00} to over {$4300.00}. My records show I should owe only about {$2400.00} based on payments made. Despite paying more than the original amount, they have not released the XXXX XXXX filed under my name as a sole proprietor.
