Bridgecrest I have asked to refinance the loan and they flatly refuse, they said they are a collection company and not a bank. They add daily interest fees in the amount of {$10.00} to {$14.00} a day. They constantly call, text or email after you have spoken to someone. When you are making payments, you're not making any progress in getting the loan paid down because of the fees that are constantly being added. So, you're paying more than the vehicle is actually worth. The payments are so high that you struggle, and they make threats to repossess your vehicle all the time.
