I purchased my home solely in my name in XX/XX/XXXX. My mortgage is with XXXXXXXX XXXX. I recently moved out of my home in XX/XX/XXXX, and have been in a divorce settlement. On XX/XX/XXXX the judge in the temporary order granted my ex wife the marital home. Ex wife has not made no monthly mortgage payments on the home since Judge granted it to her. In XXXX I sent my copy of the temporary order to XXXXXXXX XXXX letting them know the missed payments was on my ex wife, again my name is the only name on this mortgage and has been since XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice in the mail in XX/XX/XXXX stating my ex-wife was now a successor in interest to this loan. XX/XX/XXXX I called into XXXX XXXX and emailed them requesting her be removed from successor and XXXXXXXX XXXX ignored it and did not remove her after she let the home go into foreclosure. Now XXXX XXXX has allowed my ex wife to verbally acknowledge on my behalf that the loan could be modify. I have not consented to anything and I am not going to. I have called XXXX XXXX XXXXeveral times discussing this and each time they are ignoring me and have now let my ex wife fraudently consent to a loan modification on my behalf. XXXX XXXX has on a recorded line speaking to my ex wife about this loan modification and allowing her to consent to something on my behalf which is illegal.
