In XX/XX/year>, I contacted a company XXXX XXXX XXXX in reference to a small Business Loan. I spoke with someone at that time and they connected me with Klarna and I ended up in a payment situation such that Klarna would be collecting my payments in the amount of XXXX per month for 1 year. However, I never received any services from XXXX XXXX XXXX and could never speak with them. I could never get in touch with anyone from the company to discuss why I was receiving bills and have not received any services. I filed a dispute with Klarna providing all of the documentation that they asked for showing proof that I did try to make contact with this company on several occasions through text messages, trying to get a phone number and contact information and was unsuccessful in doing so. I have documentation and submitted documentation to Klarna about my efforts to contact someone but could not. I asked Klarna to give me the information to the company fanbase so that I can contact them and discuss the issue with them and they refused to give it to me. I do not have funds to pay for something that I have not received services for. I now realize that I was involved in an unethical scam situation and can not afford to pay for something that I dont have any services for. I actuality I have two complaints but do not have enough information to file against XXXX XXXX XXXX.
