XX/XX/XXXX I reach out to original owner of debt, XXXX XXXX trying to seek verification and resolve account debt. After looking into the matter, they confirmed that the debt was now under True Accord and provided me an email to contact them, as well as my ID account number XX/XX/XXXX I emailed True Accord with my ID account number asking for information about the debt XX/XX/XXXX I receive response from XXXX XXXX that they received notice of my dispute and have paused collection activity until I was provided documentation of debt. I was told if I provided consent to receive documentation via email that this could get the documentation to me as fast as possible. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX consent to receive verification via email XX/XX/XXXX I reach out asking why this debt is still on my credit report when I have asked to resolve it XX/XX/XXXX I receive the same response from XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX that they received notice of my dispute and have paused collection activity until I was provided documentation of debt XX/XX/XXXX I reach out again frustrated inquiring why this is still on my credit report and is negatively impacting my score when I have repeatedly reached out XX/XX/XXXX I receive same automated response, this time from XXXX about receiving notice of my dispute XX/XX/XXXX I request via email for this to be escalated to a supervisor and attach screenshot of identical automated response from XX/XX/XXXX. I ask : Where is the investigation results from XXXX of XXXX when you started the investigation? Why was this added back onto my credit report causing further damage? XX/XX/XXXX I receive same automated response again from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX I ask if this is a joke and attach the same screenshot of the automated response. I ask my question again : What were the results of this investigation from XX/XX/XXXX for you to put this debt collection back on my credit as delinquent? XX/XX/XXXX XXXX emails me and says due to the nature of my request, they want to speak to me on the phone and provide me with a phone number XX/XX/XXXX I refuse to call and say I want everything in writing and that I had previously given my consent to receive results of investigation via email on XX/XX/XXXX. Again, I said to answer my question via email : What were the results of this investigation from XX/XX/XXXX for you to put this debt collection back on my credit as delinquent? This has harmed me, my credit score, and taken hours of my life. I want this debt removed. They are using chat bots to respond to these emails which CLEARLY is not working for them. Trying to get me to discuss this matter on the phone to not have records is extremely manipulative
