On XX/XX/XXXX I used PayPal to process a purchase for XXXX from my debit card. Today XX/XX/XXXX they issued me a refund to my card that made the payment. Instead of PayPal processing the refund to the original payment method. PayPal decided to take that money and apply it to a balance that I owe them. PayPal had nothing to do with this transaction. I didnt originally pay for the product with my PayPal debit card or PayPal balance. When I first called PayPal the first customer service rep was extremely rude and refused to help me and proceeded to put me on mute for XXXX before hanging up on me. The next agent her name is XXXX. XXXX refused to help me and told me that PayPal can basically do what they want. She told me to file a complaint and spelled out her name for me to include. This is the second time PayPal has stole money from me and everytime I file a complaint yall dont do nothing about it!
