I am writing to notify you that Freedom Mortgage has failed to respond to my Qualified Written Request ( QWR ) mailed by certified mail on XXXX XXXX received on XXXX XXXX by return receipt is in violation of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( RESPA ), 12 U.S.C. 2605 ( e ). Attached is a copy of the return receipt. I received acknowledgement that my request was received via the payment portal messaging app on XX/XX/XXXX. but somehow all the messages in the app have been deleted.
