On Monday XX/XX/year>XXXX I noticed I did not have the expected amount of money in my chime account. When I noticed that there was {$480.00} charged to my account from different location. I disputed them through the chime app. Chime refunded me the XXXX from the XXXX transaction but has denied the other transaction on multiple occasion even after telling me to contact the stores and file a police report. On XXXX XXXX I I filed a police report with the XXXX police department since this was the last place I saw and used my card. I submitted my police report to chime on XX/XX/XXXX and received a denial letter with no explanation and again called customer service on XX/XX/XXXX with updated police report and on XXXX XXXX received another denial letter.
