This debt is for XXXX XXXX XXXX I called the collection agency explained to them and that is not my debt that my daughter was over the age of XXXX in high school actually she was at the age of XXXX and sign her own contract and I am not responsible. I asked for verification they sent me a form that was printed XX/XX/XXXX that they made up they then sent me a school contract from XXXX when I called back and explain to them that this is for the XXXX XXXX contract that I did not sign because the school has a stance of a child is over XXXX XXXX XXXX they can not give out any information nor does Parent have to sign anything for that child to attend school. I have made this clear to them. They claim they have investigated. They see she is over the age of XXXX that I did not sign a contract in XXXX, but they still verified this information to you.
